Over the past 18 months, our Cashback Rugby DO, Andrew Hamilton has been working wonders with the pupils from Braeview Academy and the cluster primary schools. Part of Andrew's role is to deliver the S1 School of Rugby, which has been a huge success on Thursday afternoons, with 26 pupils attending weekly including 6 very talented female players, most of whom are now fully fledged club players at Dundee Rugby!

'Hammy' also delivers weekly extra-curricular clubs to the primary schools and works with Active Schools to deliver a series of festivals throughout the year. The latest festival was the first ever 'contact' festival and it was a huge hit! Rugby has never been so popular in the North East with many children from the area now attending the Thursday evening sessions at Dundee Rugby (6-7.15pm @ Alloway Place).
